See What Your Support Made Possible in 2025

Each spring, we release an Impact Report that provides a snapshot of how Neighborhood House made a difference during the previous calendar year. The numbers matter, and they always will. But numbers only tell you what happened. They don’t tell you who made it happen or why it matters so much.

So this year we wanted to pull back the curtain even further and give you greater insight into the work that's happening across New Castle County.

Our 2025 Impact Report still has the information you’d expect — number of households served, the amount of assistance provided, the results our programs delivered. But we also wanted you to hear directly from those who make sure those programs are as strong and effective as they can be.

In their Annual Leadership Letter, Executive Director Alison Windle and Board Chairman Dave DiGiacoma reflect on where Neighborhood House stands as we approach our centennial in 2027, and what it means to build something that endures.

Beverly Beckles, our Youth Development Director, shares a comprehensive update on our youth programs and the young people whose growth continues to inspire us all.

And Rhodah Harrell, our Early Learning Center & Preschool Site Coordinator, takes you inside the classrooms where our youngest learners are reaching developmental milestones and getting a head start that will stay with them for years to come.
