We’re excited to share that our organization has earned a 2022 Gold Seal of Transparency with Candid! Earning this Seal means you can support our work with trust and confidence.
Candid believes that "transparency and the flow of information between social sector actors are fundamental to a vibrant, successful, and trusted sector." We agree.
Of the more than 1.7 million nonprofits registered with the IRS, about 5 percent have earned a Seal from Candid, and of those, only 20 percent have earned a Gold Seal of Transparency (as of late 2020).
At Neighborhood House, transparency is important to us, which is why we're celebrating this achievement and will continue to share our information with Candid.
