We are pleased to announce that on March 12, 2020, the Early Learning Center at Neighbor House was awarded a 5-Star rating by the DE Stars Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood (DIEEC). ELC Program Administrator, Rhodah Harrell said, "I'm so proud of the teachers and they deserve to be congratulated with something special."
The Early Learning Center serves children age 6 months to three-years-old.
