School-Age Site Assistant
The School-Age Site Assistant works under the direct supervision of the school-age site coordinator and performs direct child care duties. This individual assists with the implementation of curriculum. and may supervise school-age interns, school-age aides, volunteers, and substitutes. The candidate must meet the qualifications listed in the DELCARE Regulations for Early Child Care and Education and School-Age Centers.
Teacher, Assistant, and Substitute Teacher
Under the general supervision of the program director, an individual serving in one of these roles helps carry out the educational program of the Neighborhood House Early Learning Center — providing support to colleagues, caring for children, and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, as needed.
Intake Specialist
***This position has been filled.*** As an Intake Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to play a critical role in helping individuals access the housing services they need. You'll be responsible for assessing client needs, providing information and referrals, and conducting intake interviews, as well as providing support to colleagues.
Education and Family Liaison
***This position has been filled.*** The primary objective of the Education and Family Liaison is to facilitate collaborative partnerships among youth programs, schools, families, social service, businesses, and other community organizations. In addition, this team member develops, evaluates, and monitors the implementation of curriculum and daily activities for the children, and may supervise school-age site assistants, school-age interns, school-age aides, volunteers, and substitutes.
