About the event
Neighborhood House is proud to participate in this year's Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community in Wilmington.
This annual fundraising walk supports local health and human service nonprofits. Highmark covers all event costs, which means 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to the causes participants choose to support.
Check-in and registration open at 7:45 AM. The 5K walk begins at 9:00 AM, and the 1-mile walk starts ten minutes later at 9:10 AM. Everyone who registers, donates $30 or more, and attends will receive a complimentary walk t-shirt.
There are several ways to get involved. You can join our team and walk with us on May 2. If you can't attend the walk, you can still make a donation to help us reach our goal. And if you're interested in becoming a corporate sponsor, we'd love to hear from you.
