In-kind Donations Neighborhood House, Inc. accepts in-kind donations in a variety of forms. Some items on our "Wish list" include:

  • Non-perishables for food for our Emergency Food Closets in both  Middletown and Wilmington
  • Toiletries
  • Grocery Store Gift Cards
  • Bus Tickets for Clients
  • Convection Ovens
  • Fire Proof File Cabinets
  • Ten Passenger Van
  • Pro-bono Printing of Neighborhood House Brochures
  • Volunteers to Help with Mailings
  • Volunteers to Assist with Know Thy Neighbor Events

Over the years, Neighborhood House  has grown from a rented room in 1927, to a 25,000 square-foot building on B Street - kindergarten classes and after school activities were the first programs at Neighborhood House, Inc.   More info
